Cisco Cable from Diablo Cable

I don't have a lot of knowledge on cable and electronic stuff, so when my toddler pulled one of our cable wires from the back of our big tv in the master bedroom, I panicked. But my husband said it's fine and should just need new wiring. Maybe we'll look into this site called Diablo Cable- they sell all kinds of high-quality cables including fiber optic patch cables, ethernet patch cords, and a host of other compatible products and Cisco cable.
