Who is not a fan of the Food Network? Even if you don't cook a lot, don't you just like to watch the celebrity chefs cookin' and bakin' to their hearts' delights? :)
My favorite celebrity chefs are Sara Moulton and Rachel Ray. I own two of each of their cook books. I still use the cook books whenever I need to cook something different than what I already cook, or something special and on special occassions.

I love Sara Moulton, she explains the recipe and process very well. Rachel Ray is great too, she's fun to watch. Male chefs, I love Wolfgang Puck and Tyle Florence.
I don't like Bobby Flay, he's arrogant.
