A Vacation in New York?

Hmm, I wish.

I was just looking at old photographs from back in the year 2000 when my mom, a friend, and myself went to visit New York City for the first time. I loved it!

It's a busy, fast-paced city with a lot to offer. I mean, who doesn't like to visit New York City! There are lots of Things to do in New York City but while we were there we made sure we visited popular spots like Manhattan, Central Park, and the mall strip where the famous and big Macy's store is- you know, the ones you see on TV where they have Christmas parades every year?

Then we also went to see a couple of live broadway shows on stage in New York City- the famous "Jekyl and Hyde" and the "Les Miserable"- both were absolutely enjoyable. I even recognized a few famous actors on-screen that were in them. The names escape me right now.

By the way, I've been wanting to go back to New York City to visit. In fact last Christmas, I told my husband it would be nice to have Christmas there. Only the kids were too small then. He told me maybe this year we can go back, hopefully on or around Christmas time. ;)

So anyway, if you're looking for discounted tickets to New York City attractions and sightseeing tours, check out Trusted Tours and Attractions. I was told if you sign up for their enewsletter, you'll get a chance to win a $150 ITunes GC- cool!

You are reading my mind - I've been thinking about NY as well! Would love to take a trip out there - there just never seems to be enough time or money.

(sigh) But if you end up going sometime again soon, share some pics with us!

Me too! There's a steak house there too that was featured in Food Network as the number one the country that I would like to try. And also, just want to see the whole city.

We have just made up our minds to start saving and planning for a family trip to Florida in a couple of years. It is so much fun to get away and visit new places!
