Do You Take Vitamins Regularly?

I was watching a feature on MSNBC last few days ago about how nutrients work for your health. It basically talks about why it's important to take vitamins for a healthier body.

We all know that the best possible source of vitamins is food, especially fruits and vegetables. But circumstances prevent us from eating healthy everyday. That's where the benefits of supplements come in- is to replace the gaps of "good nutrients" in one's diet. Personally, I haven't been taking my favorite women vitamins or supplements on a regular basis. But after watching that tv feature, I'm looking into changing that and will start faithfully taking my vitamin supplements.
